DOT Mandatory Physical Exams

DOT Medical Physicals at Approach & Achieve Wellness are designed to be efficient, respectful, and fully compliant with federal requirements, so you can stay on the road and protect your livelihood. As a National Registry Certified Medical Examiner, I review your health history, vision, hearing, blood pressure, and necessary labs or tests in line with current DOT standards.

To save time, I offer a QR code for you to complete your health history before the visit, reducing delays and paperwork in the office. If appropriate, certain follow-up questions and clarifications will be provided to follow through with  the requirements needed and approved by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).

Approach & Achieve will randomly set up at truck stops to perform DOT Medical Physicals for the convenience for those who may not have the time to physically go to the clinic.
